27/2 wed: after my last paper.. i organised a mini gathering of 11 ppl lah.. we went to GV Tampines mall to watch L loh.. then bought the ticks and we went separate ways.. some goes eat.. some goes toilet/shop.. my clique went to aracade.. saw C183 ppl there.. and my rumour "lao po" there.. their class claimed i am her husband lah.. complicated lah.. haha.. as usual.. i didn't played.. coz my mum left 10 dollars for me to spend only.. but my allowance that week is 40.. complain!!
this 11 ppl is makes up of 3 cliques lah.. so.. easy come easy go.. we meet 5 mins before the show starts to buy popcorn.. then went in.. sit in 1 whole row.. (wrong choice).. then we watched the whole movie.. the movie is great although a bit gross.. the blood scenes lah.. other wise.. L is very funny.. if there's no L.. i dunthink the movie will be that funny anymore liao.. but good ending of the issue.. unpredicatable too.. but i dun 1 a phrase to juz say "L passed away peacefully".. i want to see a scene like that leh.. sian.. so lame.. we were watching for like 2 and 1/2 hrs.. then waiting for the credits to roll finished.. then outcome.. the phrase "l passed away peacefully".. then the movie clip ended.. eee... :"(
2nd movie review: The Leap Years
obviously.. i insisted to watch it on the 29 of feb.. then only xy wants to watch.. so 2 of us watched.. we met zy, ah kai and his gf for lunch.. the lunch is sucks.. as in bad customer service for cafe cartel at bishan junction8 .. total disappointment! after that we went to aracade.. good lah.. but expensive ticks.. $1 per machine loh.. i paid $1.50.. but fun to watch ah kai and his gf and zy playing that press press press lame machine lah.. they were pressing extreemely many times to win.. that's the aim of the game.. lol.. in the end the computer win.. coz winners in.. losers out mah.. the losers that's out is replaced by the com.. sadly.. the com played even more cheat.. :"(.. always they win de..lol..
finally i met xy.. she went off reading books.. (so poetic).. then we went to buy something lah.. dun tell you wat.. haha.. our secrets between her and me.. zy also noe lah.. actually.. haha.. then we shared a popcorn and went to our seat.. the movie.. hmm.. is below my expectation.. but it's a nice movie afterall..
an above average local production i suppose.. coz in local flims.. u rarely seen this.. sorry to say that.. i really posed great expectation on this lah.. coz the trailer is so romantic and thrilling.. then in that morning.. i heard the boardcast of the cast on air in YES 93.3FM.. hai..
xy also.. have the same feelings as me.. too bad.. it does not live to our standard.. but nice flow of storyline.. connecting 2 parts.. past and present.. linking the past to the present and back to past.. nice try though.. keep it up.. i guess the writer will have a great future ahead.. i'll be waiting for more better local romantic films :)
